accor plus question

current membership ends dec 2016. renewed a few weeks ago and new card received. a week or so ago i logged in and was able to search for complimentary night availability. now when i log in my free night isnt appearing as it use to under the booking dates and hotel details. im seeing monthly certificate availability but when i go to book it disappears. site glitch or do i need to wait for my anniversary to role over before i can book?

The booking flow seems to be a bit clunky...

When you do a search, are you seeing the hotels with $0 availaibility?

If so, select the hotel = then on the left under the hotel, dates etc. you should see a Stay Plus option. Change this to Yes and then 'Recalculate'

Yes, I know. You can select it when you choose a hotel.

I am certainly having issues where it is saying a complimentary room is available, but clicking on the hotel only brings up paid rates
