I have had several Fitbits and I cant fault them. Their customer support is absolutely excellent. Started with a Fitbit one which I accidentally threw in the washing machine, but they replaced it for me.
Bought a Fitbit Charge HR which broke and they replaced it for me, then I upgraded that one to the one I have now which is a Fitbit Charge HR 2 and I just love it. It has everything I missed in the Charge HR, like GPS and the design feels better.
I like the fact that I can replace the band if I want to. It doesn't look as bulky and the functionality in the HR2 is better and you can do more things without having to go through the app. I wear it all the time and when I used to wear a Polar for exercise I dont do that anymore as I have my Fitbit. The end result is quite similar between the two, but there is more details in the Polar. The bad thing with the Polar is that it doesn't do steps and you have to wear a chest strap.
I would not change my Fitbit for the world and to be honest... I feel quite lost without it

Have had the Fitbit Charge 2 for a few weeks now and quite like it. Especially the sleep tracking function, which appears to be quite accurate. Only issue I've seen, is that my phone needs to be connected to the Internet to allow me to sync with the Fitbit.
