I can see a SIA J reward BNE to LHR for 139K points.
I want to add a CBR-BNE reward to this but when I input CBR-LHR the option is not there.
There are J seats available for 15k CBR to BNE.
I can see CBR-SIN with the J added but not the complete route.
Is this a situation where I need to ring and get them to add, as I cant do a multi city international redemption.

Unfortunately you can't call and get them to add either. I tried a few times for a similar situation via Sydney, but each time they came back and said I could only book the options listed on the site (they could book on my behalf, but couldn't put it on one ticket, so it was at my risk either way).

So basically you have to decide whether you want to take that risk.

Note that you won’t actually save any points even if you can get everything on one ticket: VA consider “a change in operating airline where the airlines are located in different Reward Seat Points tables” to be “a break in the journey”, and charge separately. The cost is still 139k + 15k = 154k points even if you can get this on one ticket (see point 1 in the small print here: Using Points For Flights ).

So you could just book separately, at the same cost, although of course then you are taking the risk if there is a delay on the initial domestic leg that causes you to miss the connection.
