Adding stopovers in Expertflyer?

I'm trying to confirm the booking class availability if I add a stopover to my current trip. I have been invited to a party in SIN, coincidentally a day after I'm passing through, anyway. So, slightly shifting my flights is now in the thinking cap.

I have a continuous HEL-xLHR-xSIN-SYD (QF3810/QF2) ticketed in H class. But I'm trying to find out if I can add a stopover in SIN and a later departure from there to SYD. Ideally, HEL-xLHR-SIN <stay overnight> SIN-xMEL-SYD, the first part on QF3810/QF2 and second on QF38/QF4xx to get the latest possible departure from SIN. How can "chain" these two in EF so that I can confirm the availability of H through the trip = avoid or minimise the fare difference I need to pay?

Alternatively, I could think of delaying my departure and do a HEL-xLHR-xSIN-xMEL-SYD to get the late night out of SIN but how do I add three connection points in EF?

Or, if this goes outside of what EF can do, can ITA Matrix return the results for either of these two scenarios?

For the first option, you need to check as two separate one ways, breaking it at SIN
  1. Check for Departing HEL arriving SIN Connecting LHR Airlines QF for your date
  2. Check for Departing SIN arriving SYD airlines QF for the second part.
Check for H in both.

Then - need to check the fare rules for whatever you have purchased to see if it allows stopovers, and if there is any cost. At the very least, there may be additional taxes as a result of the stopover (you need to know that actual fare basis, but from what I can see, H fares should be fine).

Yes, just put it in as a multi-city and it will "chain" them automatically.

For SIN (QF-QF and SQ-SQ) and DXB (EK-EK) you'll get incorrect inventory doing this, as segments within 72 hours at SIN/DXB will marry and therefore married segment inventory is how a SIN stopover should be looked at. Unfortunately EF is not capable of handling this scenario correctly.
