Sorry I could not stay longer penegal, After all I had babysitting duties at home tonight... would have been great to stay for another beer or two... Next time perhaps.

BTW, hope there was a good turnout after I left, did you all kick on and have dinner somewhere...?
 
Thankyou all - it was a good little event, especially with the very late notice / organisation on my part.

It was lovely to meet some new faces - I look forward to chatting in more depth on Sunday.

Anna & the romneys arrived after you left.

We all left around 7pm as people had [family] commitments or were getting hungry. I went back to the Hilton to find FrogerADL & brother in the exec lounge. In hindsight we probably could have pushed the guesting rules and got a few more in at the Hilton, but one never knows for sure.
 
Yes Anna, I thought so too... Perhaps this can be a possible Drinks venue for the next "official" ADL Drinks & Dinner event in March... Dare I suggest Thursday, 13th March...?

Never been there as I have no Hilton status. Look forward to giving it a whirl.
Thursday 13 March sounds good to Mrs B and I, just before our day trip to MEL on Sat 15th.

And I believe it is a certain persons birthday today. :p Please pass on my birthday greetings to the birthday girl.

Buzz, the bar we were talking about is where some of us met up after work for drinks, its called the Loft wine bar... No status required...! :cool:
