Great to catch up with buzz today at the car racing :) always good catching up with AFF folk... Buzz tomorrow or sunday we can continue the 787 discussion ;)

So has the location, drinks / dinner etc been worked out? I have a lot of travel at the end of March/start April, but my other 1/2 is away so I may just take a flight and a dinner to get the last SC's I will need to make P1 this year
 
I'm sure you have a few AFF numbers in that phone of yours medhead... including mine..... but as as Ray Parker Jr. would say, who ya gonna call...? :cool:

I don't think a venue has been agreed yet, more than likely it will be the Loft Bar for drinks then somewhere in Gouger street for dinner...
 
Where is everyone staying? I looked at the Hilton and its price is a lot higher than normal, then googled and found that the fringe festival is still running/wrapping up..

Any other suggestions

Rendezvous Grand's just around the corner, or there's the IC or Stamford just a few (free) tram stops away...?
 
There's a new Quest on Franklin which could be worth considering as well. Shintaro10x, is the Loft locked in for drinks then? I haven't been there but it looks great.
 
Tiffany Thai is more of a noodle/single dish on rice place. Food is not bad but no where near the Star of Siam quality. Happy to give it a go regardless :)

Good question... between 5:30 & 6:30...?

Also happy to go anywhere for dinner, happy to book also which would be advisable if there are a few of us...
