Pretty sure I'm downtown Adelaide that weekend..... Preferably somewhere chill since the following weekend will be freezing in Hobart LMAO

Checked out a Middle Eastern place. Good, inexpensive food, BYO, need 20 for the cushion room upstairs or any number if we sit downstairs.

Been keeping out of this, but SWMBO has just informed me we have a farewell party for friends. They are pretty good friends as we went to New Zealand with them for 2 weeks and are already planing to visit them in the USA.

Cabaret Fringe Festival

I will be in ADL, but have booked tickets to shows at the following times 15:00,18:30,21:00,22:00 (most shows are approx 1 hr to 1.5hr).

As such, I don't think I can make it along to the dinner. I hope you have a good night.

I have run this place past Steady: Jerusalem Sheshkebab House Restaurant | Adelaide
It's cheap, cheerful, BYO, plenty of good food and was in the Entertainment Book last year but not sure about this year.

If we get enough takers by COB Thursday we should be able have the "private" area upstairs.
I forget how many we need so will have to ring them tomorrow, they are closed on a Monday.
