Advance seat selection/lounge access on VA codeshar, SQ metal?

Hi all,

Noticed that BNE to Bangalore is now bookable on the VA site, with a codeshare on SQ to SIN then SQ flight number to BLR.

Anyone know if a VA flight number on SQ metal will let you do advance seat selection? And what the lounge access situation is in BNE and SIN?
