Aegean Fare Difference

Hi guys,

I've been looking to book a flight from Munich to Athens on Oct 3. Aegean flight A3803 is perfect.

According to ITA Matrix and Google flight the flight is available for EUR65.
However, when I search for the flights on the Aegean website or other sites the price jumps to around EUR165.

Is there a way to book for the lower price online or will I need to resort to a TA?

Looks like it is your travel date of 3 October... I'm not familiar with ITA, but see the Travel Restrictions section of that Fare Basis:

TR.TVL RESTRICTION

VALID FOR TRAVEL COMMENCING ON EACH TRIP ON/BEFORE 14MAY 14.
OR - VALID FOR TRAVEL COMMENCING ON EACH TRIP ON/AFTER 01JUL 14 AND ON/BEFORE 09SEP 14.
OR - VALID FOR TRAVEL COMMENCING ON EACH TRIP ON/AFTER 18DEC 14.


ITA and Google don't look like they read all the rules !

Yes, that's the right date.

When I click on the rules on ITA it states:
[h=2]Travel restrictions[/h] VALID FOR TRAVEL COMMENCING ON EACH TRIP ON/AFTER 10SEP 14
AND ON/BEFORE 31OCT 14.


I can't find the passage of text you posted for some reason.

Odd. That's the right section you're looking in. The ITA info seems to be different to what is in the GDS for that fare basis.

Thanks again, glad it's not just me having trouble making sense of it.
I guess I'll have to see what a TA comes up with

According to the TA the reason I can't find anything is because there are no P fare's available on this flight.
The first time ITA has failed me
