Hopefully the issues are now resolved as there hasn’t been a post here in over 2 days...

Sorry, I can't replicate this. Also no one else has raised this as an issue. XF 2.0 - watch forum threads or messages confusion has a good explanation of how this feature works.I still don't get any email notifications of new posts as I used to do before outage.
Should be better now. If continues to be an issue, please message me or @support so we can trouble shoot.Lazy loading of images is still slow. I realise this is down the list of things to deal with.
This shouldn't be happening. If it continues, please message me or @support with specifics so that we can investigate further.Yep, still getting the odd host outage i.e. Cloudflare is up but can't hit the AFF host.
Sorry, but I know how it all works. I have logged out, logged in, checked the preferences, checked email address, unwatched threads, resubscribed to watch threads, all to no avail. I see notifications in the bell in the toolbar but I do not get emails for new posts for subscribed threads.Sorry, I can't replicate this. Also no one else has raised this as an issue. I've had similar with another forum and all they could say is that my mail host must be blocking their e-mails! Interestingly it doesn't even hit my spam solution that I have sitting in front, so it's not like it's hitting there and getting blocked/rejected, might be the same here? Not a biggie, but most annoying. Never had this issue before the outage.
I am getting that occasionally too but soon rights itself. All worked happily this am until I tried the view from my office thread and got this:
View attachment 245084
Went away and did a few other things, and now coming back the thread loads normally.
AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements

BTW: Earlier this morning we migrated to the new server. Zero downtime
Yes I thought of this and checked all our spam filters etc, but no obvious blocks at our end. No other emails are getting blocked.I've had similar with another forum and all they could say is that my mail host must be blocking their e-mails! Maybe worth seeing if a mail trace can be done. Are you still receiving the Gazette? I would imagine so as that's likely going out via a different server.Yes I thought of this and checked all our spam filters etc, but no obvious blocks at our end. No other emails are getting blocked.
I wonder if the fact that there were outstanding messages at the time of the outage means that the forum software is blocked itself from sending new messages? Maybe needs some restart of emails etc?
Well that would require AFF admin to do that wouldn't it.Maybe worth seeing if a mail trace can be done. Are you still receiving the Gazette? I would imagine so as that's likely going out via a different server.
I just sent you a message (before seeing your updated post) - but now that it's working, no need to respond. Glad that it's now working for you!Well that would require AFF admin to do that wouldn't it.
I changed my email address on my account and I received that email.
update: Now working. I changed my registered email address a couple of times and that seems to have restarted the system.
Received it again, but looks like the site was down 30 minutes or so again for maintenance (as received a maintenance message then, but cannot reach host just now) so assume something happening in the background. Will leave you guys to it but if you do need any other info just shout. We are investigating this and will advise if we need any additional information. Thanks
This was a separate issue related to some caching changes that were made and then reverted.Received it again, but looks like the site was down 30 minutes or so again for maintenance (as received a maintenance message then, but cannot reach host just now) so assume something happening in the background. I had issues yesterday too.
