I was in WLG in March 2020 on another line but berthed next to the Ruby Princess (fortunately a rotation or two before the infamous one!).

I was in WLG in March 2020 on another line but berthed next to the Ruby Princess (fortunately a rotation or two before the infamous one!).

We were due to cruise Japan on Diamond Princess (that has a huge supermarket handle) but can't get past the fact that it was this ship that created chaos in Japan and people stuck in their cabins for weeks.

The replacement for the Skywalker's nightclub (the shopping trolley handle) is actually the full width area on deck 18. It's also called Skywalker's and is lovely spot to hang out.

It's where they have the Elite Lounge (5 - 7pm) , which is sometimes the Elite and Platinum lounge and sometimes the Elite, Platinum and Suite guests lounge. --- It seem to depend upon how many Elites etc they have. I have asked re our cruise in January and the answer was to come and use it as nobody ever checks who should and shouldn't be there anyway.

Re Group Dinners.

Any thoughts on what type of group dinners? Specialty Restaurants or regular dining?

Regular dining isn't too hard but I would need everyones booking reference.

I think the specialty restaurants are overrated and overpriced. Quite happy with main dining

Have to say the Princess App is being painful at the moment. Sue and a physically disabled friend are doing 7 nights starting on 9th Nov and I haven't been able to book them anything much.

Does anyone have any strong opinions regarding a booking time for dinner?

I have most booking references and will attempt to make the reservations as soon as I get the last ones.

Bearing in mind that: The Elite lounge drinks and Canapé's runs from 5 - 7 pm
Shows in the Princess Theatre are at 7:30 pm and again at 9:30 pm.
