AFF Flounge Xmas Run Dec 3

As work has kindly donated a room for the weekend in Sydney and flights so I can get to their Xmas party, I feel obliged to make the most of the opportunity and partake of a lounge run activity. Anyone wishing to join me, thought I would give a bit more notice this time?

At this stage it will kick off with a BP collection activity at around 9 to 9.30AM , and I will be returning to SYD that night.

Should we also have a secret santa???

Here is the menu that will change, but gives those that have yet to indulge some idea! Note that TT dont have flights on offer yet, JQ is $59 on JQ35.

So you have it 100% worked out how to get the JQ35 BP with the Orange sticker BEFORE JQ35 check-in opens? If you can explain how I can do that, then I'm interested. I may bring MsPG to enjoy the run as well.



She is like LawLass, full of love of life, people and a lot of fun. Would give her a chance to meet the "other woman", as she calls AFF, that I'm always on the laptop talking too........

No, you need the assistance of the F checkin for the sticker, and two boxes of chocolates assists

I see...and do your catch the $5 train between T2 and T3 or can you wrangle your way as a QF WP onto the free QF transfer bus? Enquiring minds would like to know please as I "might" need to try it this Sat

When you do OLCI for JQ35 all that you get is a Claytons printout (not a JQ35 BP) saying you have checked in but you need to take this printout to the JQ check-in for the issuance of the real JQ35 BP.

Are you saying the QC in T2 will then issue a real JQ35 BP from the Claytons printout AND attack the Orange "D" sticker?

Do OLCi, then go to QP, who will issue BP once you say OLCI complete, catch train to INT, go to F checkin, get sticker, then spend a long time in the lounge.
And as mentioned, a box of chocolate may assist here and there!

I have recently flown to Bkk on JQ29 from Mel. Did the JQ29 OLCI at home in Adl and tried to get the JQ29 BP issued at both Adl and Mel QPs. No go. Was told they were told they could no longer issue any JQ BPs. Domestic or International.

When did you last try this? Maybe what we are doing has caught the attention of QF / JQ and has caused a change in QF policy in regard to the issuance of JQ BPs by QF?

If you call a boarding pass on QF stock a real JQ boarding pass :shock:
