Would one of the organizers like to nominate the date?

The 21st - 23rd Oct seems to have jumped ahead again. :(

If that weekend is selected I will officially be the first non starter. (unfortunately)

I'm in the same position, the last two AFF gatherings occurred during that weekend and it also falls with Dad's birthday, that I can't miss apparently.

For what it's worth, and these things can change, but the Novotel and Crowne Plaza are cheaper on the 21-23 Oct than they are on 7-9 Oct. The Hyatt is the other way around being more expensive on the 21-23. Rydges is the same both weekends.

I presume it's because the 7-9 Oct is the last weekend of the NSW / ACT school hols...the voting is very tight ATM; I might have to ask my +1 to join AFF and vote;)

Might have to get the Oct14-16 folk to distribute preferences

Well I hope we dont leave it to Rob Oakeshott and Tony Windsor to decide, we need to move forward.....
