Put a Premium Bid in $185 (min was $180) for the return on Sunday night . No confirmation of success from VA as yet , but booking now has me in 1A...i guess it was accepted . Happy days

I didn't have to wait for the lounge for Row 3 , just rechecked seats & Row 3 had opened up , so 3F now secured with 3E currently free

You prompted me to check our VA flight back to Syd on Mon night...put in the mininum bid of $180 for each of us, logged into my account just then to find we have been allocated 1A and 1C...:mrgreen:...I suppose a win for VA as well as they have extracted another $360 for the 2 seats which would likely have otherwise gone empty!!

I just had confirmation that we will have an extra two guests at Mondos tonight. Spider Rider and wife Wendy. Spider is probably the best helicopter pilot in Australia (even better than me) and who is still flying the AW139 for Qld Rescue but retiring at the end of the month. Spider featured quite a few times in the Qld based helicopter rescue show on TV a couple of years ago.

He is an absolutely great guy and has quite a few stories.

really?!?! I didn't see him on board and couldn't see him at the QC either. last of the amigo arriving at 1155, so 12:05 -12:15 would be ok. Only if convenient Penegal as we can taxi in as well. Thanks.

Arrived BNE after flying thru A380 wake turbulence on departure SYD. A few BIG bumps for which the Captain apologised. Awaiting the arrival of tuapekastar and Bundy Bear.

Firstly, i'll have to apologise for this very very late notice, but i won't be arriving on QF702 today. Plans changed and the points that was comprised of the ticket got diverted somewhere else. Enjoy the fun times guys!

Also future commitments may hinder the possibility of any free time i will have, so this is one of my last posts in this site for a very long time as well
