The Mexicans also agreed to allow the USAF to use Mexican Air space to go after the cartels. Besides the 10000 described in that article was 2-3 years ago and no longer there.
And in Breaking news Justin Trudeau is sending extra officers to the US border, setting up a fentanyl Czar and also proscribing the Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organisations.

The Mexican 10k troops has been announced many times but as you have quite correctly pointed out announcements don’t actually translate into those troops staying long!

The Canadian situation is just weird, as it’s not really a problem (the amount of fentanyl coming from Canada is minuscule). They already 8500 troops stationed on the borders so that’s basically a small adjustment.

All this seems much more about the announcement (on both sides) than actual action.

There's more Fentanyl being produced in Canada than you are aware of. The deaths per year from opiod drugs on a per capita basis is about 80% of the US numbers per capita.

Canada may produce Fentanyl but in terms of it reaching the US the vast majority of that Fentanyl comes from Mexico not Canada.

It used to be Invocare but i dont keep up with it recently since i sold out of PFP.

Some debt, some profits and some share issues since we have been there.I looked up Sharesight and we are up $62k so that trend is our friend. Haven’t attended an AGM yet.
We saw this as a bit of a growth industry as the boomers pass away.
