If I vote for others doesn't that mean I would be voting for myself and doesn't that give you a greater chance of getting the correct answer.
Hmmm. Technically voting for others is like voting for yourself, in a way. Since the rules of the contest do not allow you to pick yourself then if you pick others you are excluded from the list. The terms and conditions will be changed to reflect this anomaly.

Or is the list of users with great than 200 posts have a great chance of writing the 100,000th post.
They should in theory have a much greater chance.

I guess we could add up those top users with >200 posts and see how many posts in total they make on AFF as a whole.
Users with over 1,000 posts have posted 45,202 articles on AFF which is 48.5% of all articles posted.

Users with over 200 posts have posted 67,648 articles on AFF which is 72.6% of all articles posted. Note that Metro Air and shillard have not been included in this list.

Can you advise if that was technically a data point as it was not referenced as such :?:

I have now Formatted posts in three different ways to define 'datapoint's in this thread; see posts #2, #12 & #22.

Which do you prefer?

Why would this be?

If it is as I would guess, have you included KiwiFlyer?

I would imagine it is because they are suspended/banned member rather than self-withdrawn.

Hmm, I thought two of the three were self withdrawn.

KiwiFlyer and MetroAir both requested self exile. For some reason KiwiFlyers posts are still included in the list of highest posters while MetroAirs has been excluded.

Shillard was banned so not on the list anymore. But there is also d00t who also had around 400 posts and has been banned and is no longer on the list.

Now what was the question again....

I could give you the path you need to take through the links on the pages, or I could give you the link. I have chosen the latter

Thanks,

I was trying to find this a few months ago, but couldn't locate it.
