Interesting as the change you made to the Winner's Podium thread has the "Last edited by NM ...."!

Last edited by NM : 16th November 2006 at 10:51 AM. Reason: Added latest winners per request from JohnK

Possibly a transient system failure in the forum software for the editing to this thread. Also the Winner's Podium thread was created before the latest update to the forum software around May. I don't know the reasons why and I won't worry as I fully trust you to do the right thing.

Just how much are you paying NM?

Quite a tight bunch of guesses there
Yes. It looks like 50,000th post will occur sometime between 26-29 november so we might see a tighter bunch of guesses by the close of guesses in 3 days.

Not enough!

I accept payment in the form of single malt, chocolate (Nestle White is Mrs NM's preference), jelly babies or wild raspberries (in that order of preference ;) ).

what about taking home made ouzo off your hands
Hmm, now that may be an attractive offer. Just not sure it can legally carried through the postal service of on an airline  . Perhaps I will just stick with the current direction of using it as paint stripper.

Since you 2 have lowered your usual high standards to post multiple times in this thread care to make a prediction before predictions close on the 22nd?

That is going a little long Bill.

Unless AFF is down for 3 weeks! ;)

2nd December @ 13:00 hours Brisbane time.

(BTW John, I still have that BA BAg waiting for you! I'll have to let you know next time I'm in SYD, or you can let me know when you're in BNE! - Otherwise OzFest next year it is or good old Australia Post!)

Thanks Mal, I had totally forgotten about it. I should be in BNE (on a status run of course) on Sat 17/Sun 18 February. I don't think I will be venturing out of the airport though, most likely staying TSV Saturday night.

So if you want to meet for a beer in the BNE QP on Sunday night or otherwise leave it for Ozfest IV as I will definitely be there.

Before I forget, Bill are you still offering a prize?

It would be nice to finalise before close of predictions on Nov 22.

I'm just here for the light entertainment. Bring on the sideshow.

What do you mean "I am it"?
