Got an email from AGL saying their partnership with Flybuys is finishing in June.

Along with their reduction in discount gift cards, this provider is looking pretty bare on incentives.

Just got email.
Not happy (Jan)...
Edit: just saw its been started by another colleague.

Red Energy with QF is the only one other?
Isnt it?
FB never had a utilities plan with another energy provider.
But I thinks it's a pain in the b££ to change providers, last read, next read, fees if on a plan, opening fees with new provider...

Red Energy on its website (I think) gives, or QFF issues it, if you are with Red, 30 QFF SC per year.
If there was guaranteed no cut between one and another, energy company cut off and the next one take up, I would change to Red.
With Red, its a good way for those who can retain QFF SG with more flying coming back, just to top up the SC haul.
Haven't seen the Origin deal in SA with earning EDR/WWR points, granted I haven't had the need to phone up Origin (SA) and ask.

Don't know what you mean by there. There is NEVER a loss or cut to your power supply when changing. You are only changing the retailer, not the supplier.

In my research, for living in SQ QLD, Red Energy has not been an attractive option based on price. While I like to earn QFF points, I will not pay more than I need just for the "privilege" of earning QFF points. If their energy pricing was attractive, I would consider. Until then I am not attracted to their offer.

Heh, looks like AGL has partnered directly with Coles, outside of FB.
$20 off total shop if you spend $200, ... under AGL Rewards.
Looks like same same but different.
$180 can still get 2000 FB points... when you scan your FB points.
Edit: Coles online only.

This has pushed me to look at other providers. Where I live (Vic) AGLis no longer the cheapest provider - now GloBird. I am changing. GloBird offer no incentives, but the incentivised providers are waaaaay more expensive.
