I have no idea what they are like in the cabin...but I watched one of their 787s come very close to a taxying accident just recently...so that part was unimpressive.

You can take Air India out of India, but you can't take the India out of Air India.

Perhaps the pilot was expecting a "sound horn, OK, please" on the tail.
