On Friday 8 November during the early evening, due to strong winds SYD looked to be down to single runway operations using runway 25.

Many aircraft are holding prior to arrival. NZ883, the 1600 hours CHC - SYD took off punctually at 1620 but arrival for A320 ZK-NHA is at 1807, 32 late.

The NLK to SYD NZ763 (ZK-OJB, an A320) was only about 10 minutes late taking off but arrival is at 1816 hours, a stunning 106 minutes late.

RAR to SYD NZ61 (B772ER ZK-OKA) was only about 10 - 15 minutes late taking off at 1547 hours but due to a hold, arrival should be 37 late at 1957 hours.

Saturday 9th of November finds NZ805 CHC-BNE (A321N ZK-NNA) with a revised arrival at 17 49, 56 min late. The return leg as NZ804 has a suggested departure at 18 55.

NZ865 ZQN-MEL 15 40 hours service was cancelled.

Saturday 16 November finds A321N ZK-NNB initially as NZ881 CHC-SYD with revised arrival at 10 20, 105 late. This will further delay the departure of the return leg NZ884 which is now suggested at 11 40

Later on a stormy Tuesday 26 November 2019 afternoon and early evening in Sydney, NZ849 from WLG to SYD is arriving at 1809 hours, 34 minutes late with A320 ZK-NHB. SYD looks to be down to only using the east-west runway: there is a large number of aircraft waiting to take off as at 1805 hours, even though Tuesday is normally the quietest weekday for air travel.

Tuesday 21 January's NZ136 (1110 hours morning BNE - AKL, B789 ZK-NZJ) may be having a memorable day, but for an incorrect reason, as the flight was not airborne until 1847 hours. Arrival should be 0040 on Wednesday 22, 435 minutes behind schedule after a tiring day.

On a very hot Melbourne afternoon/early evening (c.40, but not as hot as Adelaide where it's 42.8 degrees), NZ125 (the afternoon 1525 hours AKL across to MEL, A320 ZK-OJH that was not pointing skywards until 1725 hours) should arrive at around the 1847 mark, 77 minutes behind the timetable.

This aircraft may have failed in Sydney yesterday (29 Jan) as after arrival at 0757 hours, 18 early as NZ845 ex Windy WLG, it formed NZ6000 (empty flight?) this morning (Thursday 30 January) to AKL (taking off an hour late at 1056) instead of operating yesterday's 0925 hours SYD - ZQN NZ832 that got the flick.

NZ126, the 1855 hours evening MEL - AKL will therefore be delayed this evening.
