Had a layover in AKL Sat Night 18th May, stayed at Holiday Inn near Airport, was reasonable at AUD$120, caught shuttle bus at $5 each way trip took about 10 minutes, fast check in, room big, clean, choice of two pillow types hard & soft (dam good idea) had desk all in all quite comfortable. On site bar excellent service, plenty of TV's, good choice of beers and good food.

Room was a good walk from front desk as units are on ground floor, only annoying thing was WI FI availability, get just 20 mins for free, must go to reception area to use it. Complex needs updating. I would stay there again.
