Alliance Airlines is adding scheduled service on the BNE-MOV route from 17 August 2020, using Fokker 70 aircraft.

A bit of back story... These flights aren't new and Alliance already operated numerous flights between Brisbane and Moranbah however what is new is the fact the general public can now by seats on these mining charter flights.

Prices start at $199 for a discount ticket (only a few discount tickets on each service) and then jump up to a cool $459.

Things operate a bit differently on these flights as you need to check-in at the airport and then visit a special BHP desk to have your temperature taken. Currently, this desk is just a folding table set up behind the currently not operation self bag drop kiosks in the common user part of Brisbane airport.

The Alliance website hints at this with the following message displayed on the alliance website (which doesn't show for other non-charter flights):

There are additional COVID-19 health screening measures in place on this flight. All passengers must complete a health screening on arrival at the airport including temperature testing, so please ensure you arrive at the airport with sufficient time to complete both screening and check-in (we recommend a minimum of 60 minutes prior to departure). Passengers who have not completed the health screening or do not meet the minimum health requirements will not be permitted to travel. All passengers will be expected to wear a mask during the flight between Brisbane and Moranbah.
