Would be interesting too see how many above and beyond Tiger gets.

I do feel sorry for there staff as there policies seem very rigid.

I had some amazing customer experience on my BNE-SYD-MEL flight the other week (same crew and plane both segments) that I for the first time ever was compelled to write an email to QF stating how down right wonderful this FA was. It was definitely a nice feeling to do it!

Experienced amazing service from amazing staff on AA936 on Sept 19 - POP-MIA - only 2 hour flight but service was spectacular.

Pilot announced landing in 15 to 18 mins - and immediately Perser Rodney strolled through J cabin asking any more drinks any one - any more drinks?

Fantastic service by Rodney and FA Sharon. Email advising same already shot off to AA - did 5 legs in total with AA - great service on all 5 sectors - and ALL on time.
 
Thanks for creating this thread Noob - I've had some great customer service in the last couple of weeks.
i would encourage everyone to feedback about good service - we did on QF from TSV BNE. and recieved a thank you letter from them advising they had let staff know about the compliment-
most people complain about poor service without complimenting the good. work performance can be skewed by the non reporting.
 
I would have thought each individual airline forum would have been a more appropriate place to sing the praises of any airline (and indeed, berate them where necessary)?
