I don't remember seeing an email but got the message in the app (signed in) about the promotion.
Registered but never got the 1k. Having upcoming stays and receiving an email reminder from IHG to make use of the offer, I sent an internal email via IHG online to ask about the 1k and confirm I'm registered properly even though it's showing in my registered offers.
They responded and said I wasn't targeted so I'm ineligible for the offer. I replied (nicely) and told them if that's the case, then please don't show targeted offers in the app when I'm signed in and I'm not targeted...and then no response...haha
