I booked one the other day and just rang 1800 059 388 - option 2 I think.

It’s on the back of your card; listen out for the prompts (and yes I believe it's option 2 as mentioned)

Also, reading the T&C for a potential new charge card application. When using the concierge to book travel services, does AMEX charge an additional "booking fee" like some travel agents do? And regarding platinum fare guarantee, is it your responsibility to scour the net for cheaper prices when you task the concierge to make those bookings for you.

When I purchased a flight online (through the AMEX travel website) I didn't get charged any additional fees. Over the phone I think I saw that a fee is charged, but you wouldn't want to quote me on that.

Can't comment on the Platinum fare guarantee.
