Yes the email I got was invite to apply as per the link provided by djchuckles. We are in the IT/electronics industry and actually not doing much business with Amex at all so that can't be the reason that they offered us the reduced rate, but I will take it anyway! We never differentially surcharged even when Amex was costing us a lot more than Visa/MC.
