Theres some big bonus to use initially but as an overall it's just another option - this time tied in with AMEX.

In theory it should perform better given Amex can muscle out the competition and offer better rewards but who knows how things will shake out in the long run.

Amex is 2.15% plus GST while pay.com is 2.1% plus GST and can get lower with various tiers. So… not sure of the direct Amex benefit?

We used to use it for Forex payments, as could earn great points on paying suppliers overseas.

But now Accessline is domestic only, we are only using it at the moment for the bonus @elanshin posted above. Not worth the hassle/fee otherwise normally.

There was the same bonus across the Platinum and Qantas, but they were for the same amount of Points (50,000MR or 50,000QF), so we have only been doing the QF bonus given worth effectively double
