I

I dropped my Edge as my Coles spend was minimal and was only holding it for the Ascent program
I might too, though I would like to see what sorta trend I end up with, till March next year as AF is due then.

I see virtually no reason to keep any of the amex cards. However I value the travel credit at about 75% of face value,
Add in statement credits and I will be marginally ahead.
So i will keep

I see great value in the charge, especially since the new point earn is a flat earn.
Every trip gets me a free breakfast and dinner at the airports, usually Sydney and Melbourne.

I dont know too much about the charge as I stopped at the $1500 annual fee

Breakfast and dinner for 2 at the airport is easily around $100. The Hertz perk now means I don't need to line up to get my rental car saves me 20-30 min every time I go intestate for work. The travel credits, the lounge and hotel perks for the supps too has been great and I'm only 5 months in

I know for busienss users the charge is good, even the centurion . For the average personal spender, i can't justify it over the explorer to be honest
