Amex Dispute Resolution Address

Does anyone know an email or address for this?. My local supermarket has stopped paying 3ppd on Edge transactions, when I contacted Amex they said that's because its categorised as a grocery. I pointed out to them that their T&C's specifically stated Harris Farm under their major supermarkets category (i.e. eligible for 3ppd), they said they would raise a ticket and I have since hear nothing - maybe two weeks later.

I figure my best bet without taking a lot of effort is to escalate and threaten FOS but can no longer find any details of how to contact their internal disputes team.

I'd go to FOS. IMO they've had enough time to contact you. You're only going to get the run around otherwise. At least with FOS it will be directed to someone empowered with resolving it ASAP.
