some benefits are:
- 2 points
per dollar spent at most places
- $400 annual travel credit which offsets the $395 annual fee
- Two passes to Amex lounge at Sydney Int'l Airport

- if you apply via my link 100k points for you and 30k for me

Definitely worth getting now that all the other banks have cut back on their rewards. Even better if you combine it with a Platinum for even higher points value.

$395 fee, comes with $400 travel voucher and 100,000 points.

This is a great card and a keeper in my view with its good earn rate in a flexible points currency that is Membership Rewards (Gateway).

100k points on offer with my link below, while I the referrer receive 30k. This is an excellent offer imo.
My referral link is http://amex.com.au/refer/7kraa

Please read the offer terms at the link but also consider the experiences of others on this forum who have received the sign-up bonus if they do not currently have a Membership Rewards Gateway account. See the Explorer thread for more info.

Thanks to anyone who uses my link!

Like everyone in this thread and other Explorer threads have mentioned before, this is one of the best Amex cards to have, and if you are eligible for bonus points (not held an Amex within the past 18 months), IMO this is a no brainer. Even if you have another Amex, I would highly recommend as you get 1.5 miles per $ spent in a range of Frequent Flyer programs.

You get 100k bonus points and if you use my link, I get 30k bonus points, which will definitely help me towards my next getaway.

Just like everyone else here, I'm another with the AMEX Explorer - 100000 points + 400$ travel credit (same as everyone here!)

I'd also be grateful if anyone decides to use my like (below). I tend to use my points to go home to PER (from ADL/MEL) to visit family :)

Been trying to get my other half on board for the longest time and thankfully she caved in during this most recent offer :D I've signed up for this card back in January 2017 and must admit the rate that this Explorer picking up points is unbelievable! For every $1 = up to 2pt earning. Not forgetting that AMEX have now reverted to MASSIVE 100,000 sign up bonus points, this card surely is a game-changer. Do remember that you are only eligible for the bonus points via referral links like the one I'm sharing, or fellow AFF posters as well. Also goes without saying that you will need to have put at least $1,500 on the card in the first 3 months to qualify for the bonus points too! Might seem a lot at a glance but that's an easy $500pm when you put all expenses into the card such as utilities, groceries and even travel!

The BIG 100,000 bonus points is no small feat as it opens up to a whole new world of adventures with unparalleled conversion from MR to Mile points! It really almost is the everyday card for any consumers, regardless of their spending power. Not forgetting that you'll also receive a generous sum of $400 travel credit to be used on flights, hotels and/or tour packages via AMEX Travel website, easily offsetting the reasonable annual fee. Note that the travel credit kicks in after having paid for the annual fee + minimum repayment after the first month. Been an AMEX user for the past 4 years and never once let down by their attentive CSR + service.

Needless to say, I'd very much be delighted if you truly think that this post helps by applying using the link provided as it not only brings you one step closer to that dream holiday of yours, but also mine as I will receive a referral bonus of 30,000 points. After all, it's all about giving and sharing to all those especially on this forum!
