AND I need to use it by the end of April, and the booking system isn't working again. I can get all the way through to putting in the name of the traveller, and then when I click Continue, I get this error:

"Our system has experienced a technical difficulty. Please try again later, or call our Guest Contact Centre on 13 67 89."

It has been down for a good month, mine expired as i couldn't use it

Still down, but I rang the number given (1300 153 006), answered within 1 min, and they did my booking for free. Easy.

I used it last week... it even worked for Sydney to Perth flights when looking (I was under the impression that Sydney to Perth did not qualify) Try this link: (I used Chrome) Log in to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account
