• Dining Program benefit will be open for all American Express Cardmembers to use and is valid until May 31, 2016, unless otherwise noted
• The benefit is fulfilled by making reservation bookings directly with the restaurant in the Cardmember’s name and is subject to table availability
• Benefit is valid for seated dining only and cannot be combined with any other benefit
• Each restaurant offers one of the following special offers as stated in their offer details and this is not negotiable. A complimentary appetizer or a complimentary dessert or a discount of 20% on food purchases. The special offer is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
• This benefit is only redeemable when the entire bill is paid for with a Card issued by the American Express network
• Complimentary appetizer and complimentary dessert selection may be limited by the restaurant at their discretion and will only be valid when an item of equal or greater value is purchased
• The benefits are limited to one redemption per visit, per American Express Card, per bill, per table, unless otherwise stated; restaurants may limit the benefit availability to a maximum of 10 guests per eligible booking and per table at their discretion
• Benefit is available for lunch or dinner on any day of the week, unless otherwise noted
• Staff training and logistics of this benefit are the responsibility of the individual restaurants

I discovered this by accident the other day in Macau. I was eating at The Eight restaurant and they took 20% off the bill when I paid by Amex. Was a nice surprise.

Can't find this listed as a participating restaurant. Is there a complete list somewhere?
