So I have my explorer card linked to my edge card (gateway to ascent) and all was well, my spend on the explorer came through no problems. Fast forward a few months and i signed up for the plat charge card and had the edge / explorer linked to the premium ascent program.
Since me and my spouse put through alot of transaction on the edge, so whenever id check our points there would be many transactions showing and i didnt go through each transaction individually to see the source.
So now 3 months since getting the plat charge, i go through my pts and noticed all the pts i should have earned from the explorer card hasnt been posted.
Called amex and they said they will go through the transactions and backdate the pts.
So id advise anyone who has linked their cards to double check
