Got A+ today, after 10 day wait. Got stay + as well.

Just to report back, A+ confirmed last night, Stay+ added to account this morning.

No A+ yet, but then it hasn't been long enough but I am having technical issues with the AFR. I have an account and can log in but still get the 'Paywall' popup when I try to access the newspaper or any articles.

Is anyone else epxeriencing the same?

AFR subscription has worked fine for me since I first registered and on all of my devices.

Happy to report however that after 13 business days, my A+ login details have finally arrived. No Stay+ credit at this point however...

Re the Stay Plus complimentary night, what is the expiry date? I just got the stay plus night credited to my account the other day via Amex, so is the Accor membership annual cycle from date of account set; calendar year basis, or aligned with Amex Platinum annual fee date?

Ah I can answer my own question. Just noticed the accor app shows the stay plus credit with an expiry date of 31 Aug 2019. So l assume the accor account year is independent of the amex annual fee year

Correct - 1 year / end of month from subscription

Does anyone know how you can print off a temporary card? One email says the info is in the second email, but it isn't nor can I see how to do it on the accor plus site. I was wanting to use the dining benefit and I recall, last time around, I was denied at Tamarind in Cairns because I didn't have the card. I seem to have had lots of problems with the Accor website functionality.

Install the Android / iOS Accor App on your phone, login with your account details and it will allow you to show your digital Accor Plus card.

Any yes, the Accor website is terrible

I applied for the Accor Plus membership with my Platinum card a few weeks ago, when they announced the annual fee increase - it must be at least 3 weeks ago, but haven't received anything yet. When I go in to the Member Benefits section when I'm logged in it shows "Pending" when I click on Accor Plus again.

I only applied for the AFR subscription a week ago and the email has come through today and I've just logged in on my iPad so that's working without any problems.

Edit: I've just phoned Amex and was told that it can take up to 4 weeks and that they can't check into it for me until the 4 weeks are up. She said that I applied on 19 July and that it is now showing on her system as "With provider" rather than "Pending", although it still shows "Pending" when I log back in. Hopefully I will hear in the next week or so. I'd like to book a hotel near Sydney airport with the free night so will try to book that as soon as I can so I can hopefully get availability on the date we need next May.

Accor Plus membership rollover is not linked to Amex renewal so you’ll have 12 months to use your Stayplus

Both Accor and AFR memberships are now active. Accor took some time consistent with reports on AFF. AFR subscription was activated within a day of requesting it - quite impressed.

AFR is working for myself. But still not working for my wife (a supp card from my account). Sent request twice and still waiting. Anyone managed got AFR working for supp card?
