just opened the box I received a couple of weeks ago and it turns to be a Xmas gift from Amex - a Langton promotional book about all the Australian wines as well as a bottle of french champagin which RRP at ~$100.... anyone else got it?

Are you Australia Post?
i did put through quite a lot during the double points promo. And subsequently spent half a million on luxury goods as well (business related). The average spend has been a couple of grand in the last 3 months and will probably continue to be the case going forwardNice! Nope nothing here, you must be spending quite a lot on your card?!
If it had been Qantas Wine, then you may have ended up with the left-over Pommery.... The packaging is from Langton wines not Amex.

Maybe it was just me, but mr Porter/net-a-porter felt overpriced, even for the overpriced stuff they were selling.Hi all, prob. covered in this thread but can't seem to find it. I have a 400$ Travel Credit expiring end of March. If I book now and cancel in say April or May (after the expirty date) .. do you know what happens with the travel credit - is it forfeited?
Just bought my wife 75$ of merch on Net-A-Porter .. use the code FIRST10 if it is your first order there to get 10% off and use the Cash rewards site for cash back too. we get another credit in the 2nd half of the year. For men you can use the Mr. Porter site but it is in GBP with exchange fees so all oyu can get is a couple pairs of socks (but nice ones at that!)
Mate it is ridiculous yes! Told my wife .. sort by Price ascending!Maybe it was just me, but mr Porter/net-a-porter felt overpriced, even for the overpriced stuff they were selling.
If you like/use Aesop products in your bathroom at home, the $75 could get you very close to two refills of hand wash (500ml each). That's what I'm going to be spending my credit on, as would have otherwise had to buy from Aesop directly.$75 is a nice "gesture" but unfortunately, doesn't really touch the sides unless you're looking for something specific and the $75 will give you a modest "discount".
