Did you apply for the AC with the paper form?
No. I got it with 3 other supps at opening. It was only on requesting the 4th supp that things went awry

Normal $1450/yr account, basic + A/C and 5 supps. Then somehow 2 of my supps ended up with 2 cards each so there's a total of 9 active cards. Only the main card for each person gets the targeted offers (like the duplicated Langton's $200/$50 offer) while the A/C and 2 weird cards doesn't. The last supp was requested ~3 years ago when they started running those 5k MR points for supps promo.

sorry to come later here but is this the same the American Express Platinum Business Employee Card?
I don't know, but from memory, the AMEX Plat Business card only provides the main card holder with access to lounges, but I could be mistaken, so worth checking the T&Cs - not sure how that would work for an Employee card?
