AMEX QBR offer (missing promo details)

Back in July I applied for a current Amex QBR promotion via qantas.com/qbr/amex offer. The offer stated 150K bonus points, plus an extra 20K points if you apply before 31 August.

I did all this and have received the initial 150K but not the 20K. Queried with Amex and they want me to show them proof of the offer. Needless to say, I don't have the original promo info handy.

Has anyone else here applied for this and do you, by any chance, have a copy of the offer to show Amex?
