Hi all
A few work related flights have been booked through our corporate travel agent. My VA flights appear under "My Bookings" but when I go to see what fare has been booked or to select my seats I get this annoying message "The system has detected that your itinerary does not qualify for online changes"
Is there anyway to get around this? I'm VA Gold - can you still check in online or will it only allow me to check-in in person?
