Any reports on Conrad Shenzen

Hi all, heading to Shenzen for a week, staying at what appears to be relatively new Conrad Shenzen. Any AFF members stayed here / reports?

Not even much on FT.
TripAdvisor has positive reviews, and the Conrad bears look nice.

Had an indifferent stay here in 2024.
Whilst the hardware was fantastic (more Park Hyatt vibe than typical Conrad), service was not particularly proactive or memorable.
No diamond recognition on check-in. Received a bay view room after asking which was large and modern overlooking a park with the bay in the distance.
Decent breakfast spread with made to order noodles.
The hotel is located in a quiet part of town, with the nearest metro a 10 min walk away.
Received a bronze coloured Conrad bear on request.
