Any success wuth "my ALerts" with the Flight Specials App?

I saved an alert in the Flight Specials App for Sydney to London in Business Class between October 1 - November 2016 for fares under $9,000. I also have a similar alert for business class fares from Sydney to Las Vegas in September under $7,000.

Neither of the two alerts have "triggered" despite the fact I purchased this week a return business class ticket from Sydney to London for $7,800.

What has been the experience of others using the Flight Specials App??

I've never received a price alert on my iPhone virgin specials app. I don't think it works, but could be something wrong with my phone's notifications or push settings.

Checking my Notifications setting for the app, everything appears in order. I think you're right, the App is a dud!
