Is it still too early to use Award flights on 16 sectors? Is Business class up to pre pandemic standards? Is it still too difficult working out an itinerary for a bronze member with lots of points? I need to travel with my wife which is difficult in terms of getting two award seats together in business. thanks in advance

Some airlines like AA AS only have reservations from 330 days out.
Good luck

From my recent experience, and I've committed half an hour every day for a month and called QFF half a dozen times for a single seat with very flexible requirements - I would say your chances of scoring a return pair of pointy end seats to anywhere internationally are approaching zero unless you're searching at +330 days and pick them up just as they're released. I don't know if award availability differs on QFF tier, but I still have platinum and points club plus.

E-ticketing is forked and no one seems to be looking into it, im now waiting on a new owa ticket (due to involuntary flight change), 1 paid international ticket (again an involuntary flight change) and one new cash domestic booking. Useless South African call centre, refuse to believe tickets havent been issued and sent.

Will need to brave call again this week huaca until i get either NZ or Aus who see to be only centres capable of issuing tickets.
