Anyone used "I know the pilot" to buy tickets?

As per title, any experiences welcome. Some friends are considering it from Australia to Colombia, and I am not a fan of such third-party sites.......
 
As far as I'm aware, the I Know The Pilot website doesn't actually sell tickets. It lists referral links to other third party sites.

Generally those third-party sites are slightly cheaper than the airline website itself, but personally I wouldn't bother booking with them unless the price difference was significant. If they need to change anything about the booking (or the airline changes something), dealing with a third-party online travel agent can be painful (and expensive).
