the 10,000 points showed up in my ANZ account, haven't been transfered over to QF yet, but at least it's showing up somewhere!

My 16k bonus points posted to QFF today, quite happy with that.....only 6 weeks from application and no need for a follow up... nice

How long have people been having to wait before the bonus points show up in their ANZ account or even their QFF account? I have had spend points post from the AMEX card to my QFF account from the end of my first statement period, but no sign of any bonus points in either account. I have not spent anything on the Visa card.

I signed up with the 10,000 bonus points no annual fees for the first year.

My points posted to QFF when the second statement was issued...

The link for the offer still works, and when you click into apply now, it still states first year fee free and 10k QFF points.

Do you think its still worthwhile to apply in hope that they will still honour the offer? Or is is more likely that they will not honour it even though the application still states the bonuses?

That is interesting as my wife last month received her ANZ Plat cards so was expecting the current 32K free QFF points offer. She applied at the bank not online, she had no idea about extra waiting times for the points and was not told there was any (wait) by the bank clerk.

On asking the bank lady she dealt with when would they arrive (some 2 weeks later), was only then told it could be up to 3 months!! for them to be in her QFF account, why these banks and others are doing this I don't know but think its because they have longer to pay Q for the points, rather petty and very poor service on their behalf.
