PH took only 24 hours after AU approval....
Next one approved was Singapore.... 3 days from AU approval.

After PH was approved I received the email about the INTERIM CARD... It says both "it has been issued" and "issuance may be delayed or suspended" ... Makes it difficult to interpret

No additional approvals at all since last week for me.

Waiting on one final approval from PNG. No activity since March 4th.

At least it doesn't matter as the card is essentially useless for now.

Not useless... it "one more (i.e. additonal ) element" in an extensive appeal... requesting an exemption for business travel.

so on 3 June i was advised that "interim card has been issued"... Now is 16th June... still no sign of it . Anyone have a expectation - based on their experience ?

A little bit over 5 weeks since I received approval from Aus and I'm not that far ahead of you in other approvals.

Thailand, the first of my interim countries, has been the only new addition in the last 2 weeks or so.

oh... I received a reply from ABTC about my interim card... The reply really doesn't say any new informtaion Summary is: "wait"..

And after 4 months of inactivity (6.5 since initial approval from Australia), PNG has finally approved.

"Your APEC Business Travel Card has been issued.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, issuance of new APEC Business Travel Cards (ABTC) may be significantly delayed or temporarily suspended."

Thats my plan also ! The CCIQ says they are able to assist in the lobbying , plus obviously the standard Apply process. But must have something - either interim or full card .... before I kick off that

I don't think the card has as much pull as you think it does.
