What chain of command. Only the lowly “mamager/supervisors” work at the airport.

And they know that they have all the power and are effectively anonymous and can do as they please

Yes agree with the power issue you see it more then you would like to but everyone answers to someone all the way to the the top..I would like to think that even Onestar (tongue in cheek) has an escalation policy for such types of events but I suppose that might be to sensible. Also it would appear that more then one staff member has undergone training as it does not say "staff member". or am I reading that the wrong way.

You are not anonymous if you become a Youtube star after an incident such as this. That would be clear from the (mostly undesirable) recognition you would start to receive.

And if a customer-facing employee continues to work for the same company in the same airport it would be easy to get their name.
