Apparent Age discrimination in order of service in Business

While I also feel like I get treated differently due to being a younger Plat (low 20s) I've never felt that I'm getting less of a service because of my age by DJ staff in both J & Y. Sure the first name greetings while everyone else gets Mr/Mrs/Sir is a minor thing, alongside the constant comments about my age and FF status including one CSM who was admit I was flying under my fathers profile.

I agree an email to DJ stating the facts about the service is your best bet. I've fired off two emails (one positive) about service and both were received and responded to quickly.
