I'm a bit upset to be honest.
If that's true, then stop fartimg about AFF and get American Airlines on board.
 
There's a disclaimer already so the end of the adticle

A small disclaimer hidden at the end of the article stating 'affiliated with' doesn't really tell people that AFF and Pay.com share the same ownership team.

It's blatantly advertising their own product in a sneaky way and readers should be made very aware that it is a biased article missing information that will allow a fair comparison.

A quick google tells me Pay.Com made $56.8 million in the last financial year. I'm no Business expert but behind all the marketing smoke and mirrors - these payment processors are just selling people points in a legal way and making money via the difference in fees - no different to Qantas. So these articles are pushing you to buy points within their own eco-system and make the owners more money.

I personally see lots of issues with this.
