Asia Miles expiry

Hi guys, does anyone know if there's a way to renew your Asia Miles without having to pay a service fee? I know QF for example just want to see activity in your account and then you get another 3 years.

not that i'm aware of which is why they have the fee to extend them - you used to be able to book an award then cancel it and the refunded points would be like newly earned ones but they closed that gap in their IT awhile ago.

i would be burning those bad boys if i were you as renewing them aint cheap!

Redeem them is the only way - even if it is for some junk from the Asia Miles store.
