They'd already made my no fly list and that doesn't help them much...

Crashes aside... I think they're a wonderful airline!
Certainly not my opinion as a business class passenger ICN-SYD.

The woefully outdated and uncomfortable configurations of the 777-200's they use.

Appears they were coming in too low, doesn't sound like they learned much from SFO.

Accident: Asiana A320 at Hiroshima on Apr 14th 2015, touched down short of runway

At first glance there appears to be very little similarity to the SFO accident. Much more like Air Canada a week or so ago, or Turkish last month.

Whilst an ILS antenna is mentioned in the reports as being something they hit, it should be noted that that's the ILS for the reciprocal runway. The direction they were approaching from is apparently a non precision (VOR/DME, or perhaps GPS) approach only.

The weather conditions (below) are not suitable for a non precision approach, and would require a CATII/III auto land.

Ironically just cancelled 4 flights with OZ last night, without even knowing about this incident. Very sad these crash landings keep happening to them, it's one of my favourite airlines.
Btw, if anyone needs to get from ICN to JFK this morning there are two seats available in F ;)
