General Conditions:

  • Purchase unlimited vouchers
  • Travel period is from July 1 until November 30 2012
  • Bookings must be made before July 31 2012
  • Not valid on outbound flights to Europe from July 21 to August 20 2012
  • Ticket price includes taxes, fees and surcharges
  • Includes compulsory one night stay in Seoul on outbound flight from Sydney, dinner and buffet breakfast at your hotel and transfers to and from Seoul International Airport
  • Hotel is subject to availability. If hotel detailed in deal is unavailable for your stay you will be placed in another hotel of similar grading
  • There is no monetary value associated with the transit accommodation, therefore, no refunds are available should the transit accommodation not be used or cancelled
  • Expenses (other than room accommodation, dinner and breakfast) shall be on passenger's account and settled upon check-out
  • All fares, conditions & destinations are subject to change, with or without notice

Reservations and Ticketing:

  • All sectors must be confirmed prior to ticketing. Open-dated sectors are permitted,however, the outbound international sector must be confirmed
    Penalties:
    A. Cancellation:
    • Economy: Before Departure: A cancellation penalty of AUD400 applies after ticketing for cancel/refund. A local refund service fee may also be applied.After Departure: Non-refundable
    • Business: Before Departure: A cancellation penalty of AUD600 applies after ticketing for cancel/refund. A local refund service fee may also be appliedAfter Departure: Non-refundable.
    • Child/Infant: Discounts are applicable on the above cancellation penalties. No cancellation penalty applies to infants not occupying a seat and is waived for death of a passenger or family member
    • Please note: All refunds are to be processed by the global aviation services and will be sent back to the payer
      B. Rebooking and Rerouting Before and After Departure:
    • For all fare types, date changes within the departure period are permitted FOC (revalidation)
    • Economy: Charge AUD100 for reissue
    • Business: Charge AUDS150 for reissue
    • For all fare types, changes outside the departure period after November 30 2012, the ticket must be cancelled and a new ticket issued at the appropriate new fare
    • For all fare types, all rerouting must take place within the same nett remit code. If rerouting involves a new nett remit code the original ticket must be cancelled and a new ticket issued.
    • Child/infant discounts apply to all fare types above. No reissue fee applies to infants NOT occupying a seat & is waived for death of a passenger or family member
    • For all fare types, all rerouting changes must be referred to Asiana Airlines in Sydney
